Sip and Paint Holiday Cards
Friday, December 4 : 4-6pm with Terri Dill-Simpson
Class Description
Get into the holiday spirit with local painter Terri Dill-Simpson in this fun, festive workshop! You'll explore three different methods for creating your own custom Christmas cards — hands-on techniques you'll be able to use again and again for handmade holiday greetings in years to come. We'll provide five blank cards along with clear instructions for each method, plus a little holiday cheer in the form of wine and chocolate to enjoy while you create. A variety of example images will also be available for inspiration, whether you'd like to recreate a favorite design or paint something entirely your own. To join in the painting, please bring your own watercolor supplies, any images you'd like to paint, one sheet of good-quality cold press watercolor paper, and a board to affix it to. By the end of class, you'll have five beautifully handmade Christmas cards ready to send to loved ones — along with new skills to carry your holiday card-making tradition into future seasons.

Dry Canyon Community Art Center is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization powered by a community of local and guest artists. Last-minute cancellations have a real impact — not just on us, but on the guest artists who order supplies, prepare materials, and plan their time specifically for you. If you find yourself unable to attend, please consider gifting your spot to a friend or family member.
