Collage with Gelli Prints

Class Description
Tap into your creativity to make a fun piece of collage art by selecting and combining a variety of decorative papers. Collage can be a joyful abstract combination of colors and patterns, or crafted to represent a subject like a landscape, animal or floral arrangement. In this class you’ll work with a variety of gelli printed papers, craft papers and recycled items to construct your collage that can be mounted on paper, on a cradle board or board book. The instructor will guide you in material selection, design choices and how to assemble your one of a kind work of art. No experience necessary, materials are provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own collection of gelli prints, other collage papers and art making materials if there’s something particular you wish to use.
