Charming Hen Pincushion

Class Description
Create one plump, happy, hen from wool in this beginner-friendly needle-felting workshop. You’ll learn the basics of sculptural needle felting and take home a one-of-a-kind pincushion complete with a ceramic egg cup and straight pins. All materials are provided, and no experience is necessary. During this approximately 2.5 hour workshop, you’ll learn: ● How to safely use a barbed felting needle ● Techniques for sculpting three-dimensional shapes from wool ● Color blending and shading methods ● How to attach and assemble felted components ● Create expressive eyes made entirely from wool ● Add artistic details to give your hen a unique personality Come enjoy a morning of creativity, laughter, and connection while making new friends and discovering the joy of needle felting!
