Living in beautiful Central Oregon, I find endless inspiration in the region's remarkable wildlife, from beloved pets to the wild creatures that call this landscape home. Through the timeless art of needle felting, I create soft-sculpted animals that celebrate the beauty, personality, and spirit of our furry and feathered friends.
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted from natural wool, with many built on wire armatures that allow them to be gently posed. While rooted in realism, my sculptures always include a touch of "woolen whimsy"—a playful expression that gives each animal its own unique personality. No two are exactly alike; each one is waiting to meet the person who connects with its character.
As I like to say, "I am a woolgatherer. My artistry is an expression of heart and nature singing a duet." My hope is that each sculpture brings a smile, evokes a cherished memory, and reminds us of the joy, wonder, and companionship that animals bring to our lives.
